Anza mobile home destroyed in blaze

A fire destroyed a mobile home, fifth wheel camper and a hut full of firewood in Anza on Tuesday evening, Feb. 6, according to fire officials.

The blaze was reported about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday at a home in the 38000 block of Willis Road in Anza, according to a Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department news release.

Firefighters arrived to find the double wide mobile home fully involved in flames.

The fire was contained a little after 9 p.m.

It wasn’t immediately clear Tuesday evening what sparked the blaze.
