Years ago it was placed on Robyn Garrison’s heart to create a place where people would converge. A place that would serve the community; creating jobs, business opportunity, commerce, a destination place and so the 10 acres at the corner of Hwy 371 and Kirby Road will be known.

The Destination Place, Garrison’s dream, is about to become a reality. The 10 acres will be divided into several projects, a business complex, a place for Living Hope to have a church and a place for weddings, a miniature golf course, an open venture with a big screen at one end to be used for farmers’ markets and Swapmeets or a drive in and even a hotel all tied together with green areas.

The business complex will be the new home of Garrison’s ERA Reality, The Thrift Store, The Destination Cafe, a bakery and more. Garrison plans to complete the theme of destination by collecting eclectic memorabilia from all 50 states and displaying them in the café, as well as, using such inspiration in the mini golf venue.

It is a big project and with each step Garrison sees the light at the end of the tunnel, hoping to break ground next spring.

Garrison wants this to be a community development, attracting local ideas, business and contractors to her door to help her complete the dream.

If you are a business interested in renting space or a contractor who would like to bid on building the development or have a great idea to help Garrison’s theme, visit her at her ERA office on Hwy 371 near the corner of Bahrman Road in Anza or call (805) 312-0369 or email Robynsong@aol.com.
