I drive this road most everyday and what I see every-time is:
    Texting and cell phone use
    Following to close
    Reckless driving especial by motorcycles
What I never see is tickets being given for these offenses.

    To Preston,

Well said. There are two places in Fallbrook/Bonsall that the CHP needs to post an officer particularly in the AM hours. This piece of 76 from the Mission split to the 15 and Mission from Stagecoach to the 15. This week there were serious high speed accidents on both roads. I wonder why there are never any CHP cruisers around parked strategically or moving through the areas.

I’ve complained a few times to the CHP and the SD Sheriff but the sheriff says its the CHP’s jurisdiction and the CHP seems to just "take a message" I few CHP vehicles would result in a fortune in tickets for the state and a fewer crashes and even lives saved for sure.

How about the 25 mph school zone on mission rd? Base traffic goes 50 mph while children are present. 7 am every morning! seems like easy money for the sherriffs, they not around.
